We are a team of people who believe that it’s healthier to express emotions than to suppress them.

Dr. Candice Pert PHD has shown that our brain and rational mind CANNOT control our emotions. Swallowing back your emotions for  all the things that happen every single day VS. actually feeling those emotions and having a right to your emotions is causing an epidemic of stress-related illnesses in the UK. Ranting (when not damaging the relationships of those closest to you) is not only healthy, it’s an opportunity to just get stuff out of your head. This is why people often feel so much better when they have had a good bitch session or a rant about something.
